Bol.com, Holland’s largest online retailer, needs product reviews to help shoppers choose the right product. We doubled the completion rate of the review flow, by using a persuasive conversational interface.

How we got to work

Bpost was involved in the co-creations of the new designs and took care of the front- and back-end. After the launch, we kept discussing the results of the new pages.
